Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.410 of 2025 arising out of Gorhar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 308(2), 111(4) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribagh. On 27.07.2025, Gorhar police on the basis of confidential information that some criminals had assembled in Village- Chamudohar, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner and co- accused persons. On search, one loaded country-made pistol is alleged to have recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2025. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No.8966 of 2025. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribagh, in connection with S.T.
