Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners has 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:45822 drawn the attention of the Court to the pleadings in the writ petition and submitted that interest of justice would be served, in case, respondents are directed to take a call on the applications, which stand filed by the petitioners, which are pending before the Municipal Corporation, Shimla, within some reasonable time. Learned Senior Counsel has also drawn the attention of the Court to Annexure P-16 and Annexure P-17, appended with the petition and submitted that the applications seeking the permission were filed as far back as in the year 2021. 3. Without making any observation on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let an appropriate call be taken on the application filed by the petitioners within two months from today by taking into consideration all the documents which stand appended along- with the application. Before passing any order, personal hearing be definitely given to the petitioners on or before 15.01.2026, in a representative capacity, with liberty to the petitioners to supplement their contentions before the learned Commissioner, on the date of the personal hearing.
