Mr. Rahul Thakur, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 3. Petitioner is serving as Junior Engineer (E) at Electrical Sub-Division HPSEBL Reckong Peo at Bhabanagar. His case is that on completion of more than four years at the aforesaid station, which falls under the 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 hard area in terms of the applicable transfer policy, a representation was preferred by him on 08.11.2025 (Annexure P-1), followed by another representation on 11.11.2025 (Annexure P-2), seeking transfer to his preferred station. Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representations have not been considered and decided by the competent authority till date. 4. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner (Annexures P-1 and P-2) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of three weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
