pleased to pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of 2nd Respondent in not disposing the Appeal presented by the petitioner on 21.12.2024 as per direction of this honorable court in WP No 25661 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024 and the same is pending on the file of 2 nd Respondent, even then the 3 rd Respondent is insisting to Relive the petitioner to retire from service on attaining the age of 60 years by 31.12.2024 instead of attains the age of superannuation of (62) sixty two years as per GO Ms No 15 dated 31.01.2022 issued by the 1 st respondent is illegal, arbitrary violation of Fundamental Rule 56, which is Replaced with A.P. Public Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) Act 23 of 1984 and the same was amended by act 4 of 2014 and was further amended with G.O.Ms.No.15 dated 31.01.2022 read with clause 19 and 24 of Approved service Rules of 3 rd Respondent Corporation besides Articles 14,19, 21 and 309 of Constitutional Law of India and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 to retain/continue in to service in so far as petitioner is concerned by suspending the operation of Lr.No.A1/3030/APSC/2024 dated 02.04.2024 issued by the 3 rd Respondent and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.3 to retain/continue in to service in so far as the petitioner is concerned
