In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed an affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that an order dated 05.05.2025 has been passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Ballia, i.e., the opposite party, deciding the representation of the applicant. The order dated 05.05.2025 has been annexed with the affidavit. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. In case, the applicant has any grievance against the order dated 05.05.2025, the applicant has the remedy to challenge the said order on merits before appropriate forum.
