GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri N. Aswartha Narayana, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and Sri Arjun Chowdary, learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. Learned Asst. Government Pleader has submitted the Written Instructions bearing Rc.No.288/2024/B, dated: 30.12.2024, furnished by the Tahsildar, Parigi Mandal, along with copy of the Report prepared by the Tahsildar, in pursuance of an enquiry held on 28.12.2024. Copies of those documents have been served on the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and the same are taken on record. 3 3. On perusal of the contents of the Written Instructions as well as the Report of the Tahsildar, dated: 28.12.2024, it appears to the Court that there is subsisting Civil dispute between the parties with regard to an extent of Ac.0.20 cents and therefore, the Plaintiffs therein viz., Sri P. Balakrishna Reddy and Sri P. Yogananda Reddy have been objecting for the conduct of survey. Admittedly, these objectors to the survey have not been made as parties in the present Writ Petition despite the contents of the Written Instructions dated: 30.12.2024, which indicated that the said persons have objected to the conduct of survey and that there are civil disputes pending in respect of the subject property. 4. In view of the clear objections raised by the above mentioned two persons (Plaintiffs in O.S.No.341 of 2024) pending on the file of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Hindupur, this Court cannot issue a Mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities to conduct survey in the light of the objections raised by them. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 6.
