The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jaridih P.S. Case No. 31/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 316/2024, for the offences registered under Section 306 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Bermo, Tenughat. 3. On 25.03.2024, daughter of the informant committed suicide. It is alleged that she was having love affairs with the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the parents of the deceased were not ready to solemnize their marriage as such, she committed suicide. 5. From the impugned order, it appears that the deceased was having love affairs with the petitioner. 6. Mr. Fahad Allam, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bermo, Tenughat in connection with Jaridih P.S.
