The learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that F.C.O.P.No.117 of 2010 itself was disposed of on 31.01.2013 by the learned Judge Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam pursuant to a joint memo filed by the parties thereof and the matter was compromised and not pressed the O.P. 5. I have perused the order in F.C.O.P.No.117 of 2010 dated 31.01.2013. In view of the dismissal of the F.C.O.P.No.117 of 2010, as not pressed, by the learned Trial Court nothing remains in this criminal revision case for any adjudication further. Therefore, this matter may be disposed of as compromised in between the parties. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. There shall be no order as to costs.
