The Learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal had awarded compensation of Rs. 92,800/- in favour of the claimant/ appellant, which now has been settled at Rs. 2,00,000/-. 3. In terms of the settlement, the respondent-HRTC has already deposited balance amount of Rs. 1,06,200/- in the Registry of this Court. 4.
