The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 328/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 308(2), 308(3), 327(2), 351(2), 351(3) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 17(i)(ii) of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of Shri S.S. Tirkey, learned J.M.F.C., Chatra. 3. During the intervening night of 23/24.11.2024, unknown members of naxal organization namely P.L.F.I., in order to enforce demand of rangdari, came to the work site of the informant and set ablaze one Pocklen machine. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph 11 of this bail application. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri S.S.
