1. The present MCC has been filed by the applicant (writ petitioner) for restoration of WPC No.6121 of 2024 which has been dismissed for want of prosecution by order dated 3-1-2025.

2. From perusal of the record it is evident that WPC No.6121 of 2024 was dismissed for want of prosecution on 3-1-2025 because on the said date
learned counsel represented for the writ petitioner had submitted that the petitioner had taken no objection certificate from his office and he has not been engaged by the petitioner to prosecute the writ petition.
3. Today when the matter (MCC) is called, Ms Ravina Soni, learned counsel appearing of behalf of Ms Sareena Khan, learned counsel for the applicant and would submit that the applicant has taken no objection certificate from her office also and as such she is not representing the applicant in this matter.
4. In view of the above, the present MCC is dismissed for want of prosecution. Sd/-
