Mr. Arshid Pervaiz Malik, Advocate for the petitioners submits that there are some factual deficiencies in the writ petition and, therefore, withdrawal with liberty is the only course of option available at the end of the petitioners to update the writ petition. 2. Since this writ petition has not even received its maiden admission hearing, as such, the petitioners are allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh one subject to the condition that a certified copy of this writ petition to accompany the fresh writ petition, for which liberty is hereby given by this Court in favour of the petitioner to withdraw and file fresh one.
