ORDER: The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioner/accused to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.507/2024 of Rajamahendravaram South Proh & Excise station, Rajamahendravaram. `- i_ iii=

Then the poll-Ce Searched for the owner of fermented jaggery wash. But nobody was found. ln the presence of mediator, when the police asked the cooII®eS about the owner, they revealed that the fermented jaggery wash belongs to the petl®tjoner and hence the name of the petitioner was added in the First lnformatI'On Report. 4) Heard. perusedtherecord. 5) Basing on the informatl|on of med,-ator and coolies, name of the petitioner has been shown as an accused jn the saI'd Case. ln pursuance to the saI'd Statement, nothing has been seized from the possession of the petitioner herein. ln vI'eW Of the same, this court is inclined to consider the prayer of petitl'oner for grant of antl-cipatory bail. t- `*ed €
