ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents No.2 to 5 in registering the crime on the complaint. dated 30-09-2024 submitted by petitioner against the respondents No.5 to 8 as arbitrary, illegal, abdication of the statutory duty cast on them and violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to petitioner under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No. 2 to 5 to register a crime against the respondents No.6 to 10 basing on the complaint, dated 30-09-2024 submitted by petitioner and pass……”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the police received a complaint dated 30.09.2024 through post from the petitioner regarding the interference and creating nuisance by the unofficial respondents. The petitioner did not approach the police personally and on enquiry it is came to know that there is a pending money dispute between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate order giving liberty to the petitioner to appear before the police to pursue his complaint.
4. In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is directed to pursue his case by approaching the police station as required.
