Petitioner was appointed as Director in self financed college affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University, known as “Mahadevi Institute of Technology”. His services were terminated vide order dated 20.11.2015. Challenging his termination, petitioner filed this writ petition in the year 2015. 4. Counter affidavit was not called so far in the matter. 5. Matter is pending since last 10 years. Since the petitioner was employed in an unaided Institute, therefore, the remedy of writ petition would not be available to the petitioner against termination of his services. 6. On this sole ground, writ petition is dismissed. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievances, if so advised.
