ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ .... to issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondents 1 and 2 in not regularizing services of Petitioner w.e.f 12.10.2001 as per judgment dt.05.06.2012 in WP No.15773 of 2006 as has been done in respect of similarly situated employee S.Nagarajyalakshmi vide Proceedings Roc.No.Edn 5/865/DEO/02 dt.03.05.2018 issued by 2nd Respondent as arbitrary, discriminatory, illegal and contrary to law and consequently, direct the Respondents to regularize service of Petitioner as Matron w.e.f. 12.10.2001 and release forthwith Provident Fund sanction Pension Gratuity and all other Retiral benefits to Petitioner reckoning her qualifying service from 12.10.2001 as per the said Judgment dt.05.06.2012 without insisting disposal of WA No.1288/2012 and also set aside letter Roc.No.Edn 5/8651DE0/2002 dt.21.07.2018 of 2nd Respondent and award interest 18 percentage pa w.e.f. 01.07.2012 and with all other consequential benefits monetary or otherwise.”

3. Despite the matter being listed under the caption “For dismissal”, none represented for the Petitioner today.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents is in attendance.
5. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No
