While placing on record communication dated 30.12.2025 issued by the Dy. Accountant General (Legal), enclosing therewith Pension Payment Order, thereby authorizing pension as well as gratuity in favour of the petitioner, Mr. Tara Chand Chauhan, learned counsel for respondent No.6 states that now nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings.

Having carefully perused aforesaid document, which is taken on record, vis-à-vis reliefs, as prayed for, in the instant petition, this Court is persuaded to agree with learned counsel for the respondents that nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and as such, present petition is disposed of with direction
- 2 - to the respondents to ensure that arrears of pension as well as gratuity in terms of Pension Payment Order No. 1125218005 dated 23.12.2025, thereby authorizing pension to the tune of Rs. 12,450/- per month w.e.f. 1.7.2017 alongwith arrears, are released expeditiously, preferably, within two months, failing which petitioner would be entitled to interest @ 6% from the date amount ordered to be released fell due. The petition is disposed of in the afore terms, alongwith pending applications, if any.
