The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 600 of 2025(N), for the offences registered under Sections 21(b), 22 & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 111(2)(b) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi. 3. On 04.11.2025 at about 9:15 P.M., Sukhdeo Nagar police apprehended co-accused Sahista Perween from New Marke, Ratu Road, Sukhdeo Nagar, Ranchi. On search, 92.46 grams of brown sugar was recovered from her possession and on her confession, this petitioner was apprehended. On search, 36.85 grams of brown sugar was recovered from possession of this petitioner. 4. It was submitted that quantum of seized brown sugar comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph no. 16 of the bail application. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S.
