For the respondents : Nemo ____________________________________________________ Bipin Chander Negi, Judge (oral) The present petition has been preferred against the order dated 12.09.2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Jawali, District Kangra, H.P., in Civil Suit No. 905 of 2013, titled Tilak Raj vs. Rajesh Kumar and others, whereby an application under Order VII Rule 11 read with Section 151 CPC, filed by the petitioner before the trial Court, stands rejected. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. I have perused the impugned order as well as the documents appended with the present petition. 3. While considering an application under Order VII Rule 11 read with Section 151 CPC, the Court is required to examine the averments in the plaint along with the documents appended thereto. In view thereof, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the trial Court. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.
