Arun Kumar, Advocate For the State : M/s. Anup Pawan Topno, A.P.P --- 03/05.03.2025 Heard the Parties. Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 287/2024 registered under section 137/87/61/351(2) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed the daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship with the intention to marry her. This appears to be a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Jharia P.S.
