Mr. V.G.K. Kynta, learned Special counsel assisted by Ms. F. Lamare, learned counsel appearing for the respondents Nos. 1, 2 & 3, has fairly submitted that as it appears that there are some procedural irregularities, perhaps the matter can be remanded back for fresh consideration, by allowing the writ petitioner adequate opportunity of hearing. 2. Mr. N. Syngkon, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4, also concurs to the submission. 3. Mr. S. Wahlang, learned counsel for the petitioner on these suggestions has also submitted that the writ petitioner will have no objection to the matter being closed at this stage, and remanded back to the District Council authorities for re-consideration. 2025:MLHC:72 4. Accordingly on these submissions, the instant writ petition stands closed and disposed of by directing the respondents No. 1, 2 & 3, to hear the matter afresh, expeditiously.
