GP FOR GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “…..to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, a) declaring the action of the Respondent No.2 in publishing the wrong answer key on 18.07.2018 and thereby recruiting on the basis of wrong answer key contrary to the established books and publications of esteemed scholars in the field of history and archaeology and without considering the objections raised by the Petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional and b)consequently declare the Petitioner as qualified candidate for Archaeology 2 under the Screening Test for Assistant Professors in Andhra Pradesh Universities in terms of the correct answers thereby qualified; and pass such other order or orders……” 2. Sri Avinash Desai, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the relief has become infructuous and petition may be disposed of. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents is in attendance. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since relief has become infructuous. No order as to Costs.
