1. None appears nor is any representation made on behalf of the petitioner as well as respondent to press this petition on repeated calls when the case is called out.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following prayer:-
“It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN
2 Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and set- aside/quash the criminal proceeding initiated against the petitioner pursuant to complaint filed by the respondent under Section 200 of Cr.P.C. read with Section 151 of Chhattisgarh Electricity Act, 2003 pending before the Court of learned Special Judge (Electricity Act) and First Additional Sessions Judge to the Third Additional Sessions Judge, Raigarh (C.G.) in Special Case No. 495/2018 so far it relates to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”
3. Under such circumstance, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter any further. Hence, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the petition.
4. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed on this ground alone.
