It is stated in the application seeking extension of time that the appellant was seriously ill and therefore, he could not contact the Advocate and for such reason, the Appeal could not be filed within a period of 30 days as directed by this Court. In support of the application, medical certificate of the appellant has also been annexed. 3. The reason assigned by the appellant appears to be genuine. 4. In the circumstances, the present CRMP is allowed and the appellant is allowed further time of 15 days’ from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to prefer an Appeal before the appropriate Court. 5.
