In view of the aforesaid statement made by Ms. Kohli, nothing survives in this contempt petition to proceed further in the matter. Accordingly, proceedings in this contempt petition are closed. Registry is directed to release the amount deposited by the respondent in favour of the petitioners subject to the undertaking that in case the order of this Court is reversed by the Supreme Court later on, they shall return the amount received by them under the orders of this Court.
