At this stage, learned counsel for respondent has placed on record an office letter from the Regional Manager, HRTC, Solan Unit addressed to the office of FA&CAO, HRTC, Shimla along with tabulation and on that basis submitted that all retiral benefits due and admissible have been paid to the petitioner; Only the interest component on account of delayed payment of retiral 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 CWP No. 2934/2025 decided on 04.03.2025 benefits remains to be released to the petitioner and the same shall also be released within six weeks from today. 3. In view of above, the present contempt proceedings are closed. Notice issued to the respondents are discharged. The respondents to abide by the above assurance for releasing the interest component to the petitioner on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits within six weeks i.e. by 24.12.2025.
