The Criminal Revision Case has been filed challenging the order of dismissing of the private complaint by the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, in C.F.R.No.5034 of 2011. However, in view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is no more, this Criminal Revision case can be dismissed as abated. 4. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
