Heard Sri M.Krishna Rao, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri S.Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services for Respondents. w 3. At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services submitted the written instructions of the 4‘^ respondent-Sub Treasury Officer, Hindupur. The relevant portion of written instructions reads thus: It is respectfully submitted that due to certain technical issues in incorporation of Head of Account to the DDO concerned in the CFMS system, this office is also pursuing this issue with the CFMS authorities for resolving the issue as early as possible. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to grant three (03) weeks time period to this office for resolving the issue and action taken report will be submitted to the Hon’ble Court.” 7. 4. Given the written instructions, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the counsel, directing respondents 3 and 4 to release the gratuity amount of Rs.6,31,000/- to the petitioner, within six weeks from the date of this order by following the Rules.
