This appeal is directed against the order dated 07.10.2025 passed in Miscellaneous Criminal Application No. 704 of 2025 arising out of Garu P.S. Case No. 02 of 2021 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Latehar, whereby and where under the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that on account of a land mine blast one person had died while the informant had sustained injuries. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that he is in custody since 18.02.2025. It has been submitted that the appellant has been implicated on the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Kajesh Ganjhu. Learned counsel adds that one of the co-accused similarly situated, namely, Kishore @ Vimal Singh @ Manwel has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 796 of 2022. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant and has submitted that the appellant has got six criminal antecedents. 6. On consideration of the manner of implication of the appellant and the fact that one of the co-accused similarly situated has been granted bail as noted above, we while setting aside the order dated 07.10.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Latehar passed in Miscellaneous Criminal Application No. 704 of 2025 arising out of Garu P.S. Case No. 02 of 2021 direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Latehar, subject to the condition that the appellant shall remain physically present before the 2025:JHHC:34859-DB 2 learned Trial Court on each and every date till the conclusion of the Trial Court. 7.
