ORAL ORDER
1. The prayer in this writ petition is to direct respondent No.2 to consider the Form No.53 filed by the petitioner, whereby the petitioner is seeking for grant of 2 acres in Sy.No.58 of Kelakere Village, Mutturu Hobli, Thirthalli Taluk.
2. It is the complaint of the petitioner that though the application was filed way back in the year 1999, the same has not been considered so far.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in respect of the very same survey number, this Hon’ble Court in W.P.No.36141/2024 entertained the writ petition and disposed of the same by an order

dated 27.02.2025, whereby this Court passed an
order in the following terms:
“ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed; ii. Respondent No.3-Tahsildar is hereby directed to secure spot inspection by following the procedure mandated under sub- rule 3 of 108CCC of the 1966 Rules and place the petitioner’s application before respondent No.2-Land Grant Committee for further course of action; iii. Respondent No.3-Tahsildar is hereby directed not to take any precipitate action till the petitioner’s application is considered by respondent No.2- Land Grant Committee; iv. This exercise shall be accomplished within a period of three months from the date of receipt of order copy”.

4. In light of the fact that, in respect of the similar matters, this Court has passed an order directing the Tahsildar to secure a spot inspection by following the procedure mandated under Rule 108CCC (3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Rules, 1966 and place the petitioner’s application before respondent No.2 – Land Grant Committee, this writ petition is also
disposed of in the same terms.
5. The entire exercise shall be undertaken and completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In view of the disposal of the petition, all pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
