This is an application for extension of time under Section 29-A (4) (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. 3. Vide order dated 01.02.2019 in an application for appointment of an Arbitrator bearing No. 8/2018, this Court appointed Mr. Motilal S Keni, retired City Civil Judge, as the Sole Arbitrator. 4. Subsequently, by an order of this court dated 28.11.2023, an extension for a period of six months was granted for the completion of the arbitration proceedings, which expired on 28.05.2024.
