The instant writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to evict the private respondents from 7 to 17 from the land of the petitioners bearing Gata No. 1687 situated at village - Panchayat Pachokhara, Tehsil - Tundla, District - Firozabad. ii) issue any other appropriate writ, order or direction in which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. iii) award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioners. 2. From the perusal of the prayer no.1, it appears that the petitioner has prayed the eviction of the private respondents no. 7 to 17 from the petitioners Gata No. 1687. 3. The relief as has been prayed for against the private respondents cannot be granted here without leading evidence etc. 4. Under such circumstances, the petitioners may approach the appropriate Civil Court for the redressal their grievances. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
