The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Katkamdag P.S. Case No. 210 of 2021, for the offences registered under Section 306/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Ms. Tanvee, learned J.M.F.C., Hazaribagh. 3. Co-accused Rahul Chandravanshi wanted to marry the daughter of the informant. His family members started pressurizing the informant and her family members to solemnize their marriage. It is alleged that the husband of the informant, due to pressure, committed suicide. The petitioner is the mother of Rahul Chandravanshi. 4. It was submitted that other family members of Rahul Chandravanshi have been granted regular bail and Anticipatory Bail by different Co- ordinate Benches of this Court. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Tanvee, learned J.M.F.C., Hazaribagh in connection with Katkamdag P.S.
