06/14.11.2025 This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner praying for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions, order or orders commanding the concerned Respondents to immediately take steps to make correction of Land details of petitioner’s land situated at Mouza Chouli, P.S. Kanke, Thana No. 36, Khata No.33, Plot No. 430, in Online Land Record of the Government of Jharkhand because in the OnLine Land Record, in place of correct Plot No. 430 wrongly plot No. 730 has been mentioned.
AND
For issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions, order or orders commanding upon the concerned respondents to pass a final order on the Representation dated 29.11.2024 of the petitioner by which he has requested the Additional Collector, Ranchi by giving copy of the representation to Circle Officer, Kanke to make correction in the

OnLine Land Record by replacing the wrong plot No. 730 by correct plot No. 430.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by giving direction to the Additional Collector, Ranchi or Circle Officer, Kanke to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Respondent State raised no objection.

Under the circumstances, the Additional Collector, Ranchi (i.e. Respondent No.3)/Circle Officer, Kanke (i.e. Respondent No.4), whosoever is competent, is directed to dispose of the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to both sides, preferably within a period of Ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.

Thus, this W.P.(C) No. 5883 of 2025 is
disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
