Further prayer has been made for issuance of direction upon the concerned respondents to prepare the result of 4th Combined Civil Service Preliminary Test on the basis of actual marks scored by individual candidate. 2. Mr. Prince Kumar, A.C. to Mr. Sanjay Piprawall, learned counsel for the respondent- JPSC, submits that since the present matter relates to 4th Combined Civil Service Preliminary Test held on 23.03.2011 and the process of appointment with respect to said Test has already been completed years back, the present writ petition has become infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has no instruction from the petitioners. 4. Considering the said submission of learned counsel for the respondent-JPSC, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5. I.A. No. 1771 of 2012 also stands dismissed accordingly.
