By way of the instant petition, the petitioner is challenging the notice dated 14/07/2025 passed by Respondent No.3 whereby the petitioner has been directed to remove the structure/temporary construction of the petitioner stating it to be on road. 2. He would at this juncture would confine his prayer to direct the respondent authorities to decide the application dated 17/07/2025 (Annexure P/3) filed by the petitioner within a time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that they have no objection in deciding the application of the petitioner. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that Respondent No.3 is directed to decide the application filed by the petitioner Annexure P/3 dated 17/07/2025 within a period of 20 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioner is directed to provide the copy of this order to Respondent No.3 within a period of 04 days. Till the application is decided, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. 5.
