1. By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, directing the respondent to release the petitioner on parole for a period of 4 weeks for re-establishing family and social ties.
2. Issue notice. The learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of the State.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the competent authority has not yet decided the application filed by the petitioner for grant of parole on 09.07.2025, and hence, the present writ petition be directed to be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner.
