NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER This petition is filed by defendant No.1A seeking for a direction to dispose of R.A.No. 54/2022 pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bangalore Rural District, as expeditiously as possible. 2. The plaintiff who is respondent No.3 herein had filed a suit for partition and separate possession in O.S.No.717/2005. The said suit is decreed. Being aggrieved by the same, the defendants have filed Regular Appeal in R.A.No.54/2022 before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bangalore Rural District. The said appeal is pending consideration from last 2½ years and no order has been filed till now. Therefore, the petitioner has sought for early disposal of the regular appeal. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:2119 WP No. 33777 of 2024 3. Under these circumstances, issuance of notice to respondents is dispensed with. 4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the First Appellate Court is directed to dispose of R.A.No.54/2022 as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 10 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
