This writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff, seeking a direction from this Court to the VI Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Mysuru to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.676/2023, as expeditiously as possible. 2. Since the petitioner is only seeking a direction to dispose of the suit, service of notice to the respondent is not necessary. 3. The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the plaintiff has filed the suit for eviction on 22.05.2023. Thereafter, on 22.11.2023, the defendant has filed written statement. The trial Court has framed the issues on the basis of the pleadings of the parties. The matter has been set down for evidence. Further submission of the learned counsel for the plaintiff is that in the suit for eviction, the defendant is unnecessarily dragging the matter.
