Ms.C.Indrani The Court made the following Order: The contempt case is filed to punish the respondents under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Section 17 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 alleging that they willfully and wantonly disobeyed the order dated 24.04.2019, of the Administrative Tribunal in OA No 622 of 2019, in the interest of justice. 02. No representation for the petitioner. 2 C.C(AT) No.11 of 2022 03. Ms.C.Indrani, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II placed on record copy of written instructions of the Principal, Government ITI, Tenali, vide letter No.B/Estt.,/58/2020 dated 04.04.2025 addressed to the Government Pleader for Services-III stating that the petitioner had been appointed as Technical Assistant on compassionate grounds vide proceedings order No.C1/559/2020, dated 05.03.2020 and later promoted as Assistant Training Officer vide proceedings No.C1/18606/2010 (sic), dated 06.07.2024, along with copy of the order dated 23.11.2025 closing the petition in W.P (AT) No.648 of 2022 (O.A No.622 of 2019) recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing of the petition, compassionate appointment had been given to the petitioner and no further order was required. 04. In view of the same, the relief becomes infructuous. Due to non-prosecution of the petition, it is liable to be dismissed for default. For these reasons, the contempt case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
