ORDER:- The Criminal Petition, under sectl'on 482 of the BNSS, is filed on behalf of the petitioners herein/A2 to A4 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.165 of 2021 of Pedakurapadu police Statl'on, Guntur Dl'strict, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 324, 326 and 341 read with 34 lPC. 2. Case of the prosecution l's that on 15.10.2021, while the defacto complainant was returning to his house after completion of Tiffin, when he reached Kukkamalla Mariyadasu sheep shed, all the accused wrongfully restrained hl'm and attacked him with knife and iron rods. As a result of which the defacto complainant sustained grievous injuries. On coming to know about the same, the family members of the defacto complainant rescued him and shifted him to Government Hospital, Guntur, for treatment. Hence, the present complaint. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4. On a perusal of the material on record goesto showthatthere were disputes between both the parties. In connection wl'th that, there are cases registered against each other. Keeping in view of
`o+ the prevI-OuS disputes, On 15.10.2021 when the defacto complaI'nant was proceeding to house, all the accused are alleged to have beat the defacto complainant with knife and iron rods, resulting in the defacto complainant receiving grievous injurI'eS. The alleged I'nCident I'S Said to have taken place l'n the year 2021. Al was arrested and released on bal'l. In respect of the petjtl'oners herel'n/A2 to A4, though the alleged l'ncident said to have taken place I'n the year 2021 but till today police have not taken any coercive steps against the petI-tiOnerS herein/A2 to A4. It is submitted by the learned Assistant publl'c Prosecutor that major portion of the investigatl'on has been completed but the charge sheet could not be filed because the petl-tioners herein are abscondl®ng. 5. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is I'nCII-ned to consider request of petitl-oners for grant of anticipatory bail. 6.
Accordingly, in the event of their arrest, petitioners herel'n/A2 to A4 shall be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) wI®th two Sureties each for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police offlcjals, and also on conditl'on that the petitioners -.=`-==---`
