No.31407/2024. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner faced the interview, and he stood 1st in the rank list. Therefore, the fact mentioned in the writ petition that the petitioner had failed in the interview is not correct. 3. Considering the said stand of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been appointed, the judgment dated 28.01.2025 is corrected, and the line “In fact, the petitioner has failed in the interview” is deleted.
