Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Argora P.S. Case No. 79 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 85 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, XIII, Ranchi. 3. Petitioner, who happens to be the husband of the informant is alleged to have subjected her to torture to enforce the demand of dowry. 4. It was submitted that informant has not sustained any injury. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2025 and charge- sheet has been submitted in this case. 5. Learned P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submits that there is audio and video clips to show that petitioner was having affair with another lady. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, XIII, Ranchi, in connection with Argora P.S.
