Masood, learned advocates appeared on behalf of the respondent/State. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Hazra, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner that despite passing of the order to file a report supported by affidavit vide order dated 10.07.2025, no copy of report has been served upon him. 4. Consequently, the writ petitioner is unable to file exception to such report. 5. For ends of justice, this Court is not inclined to take up this matter in absence of the respondent/State. 6. Let the matter be listed on October 31, 2025 under the same heading. 7. Mr. Hazra, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner is hereby requested to intimate the next date of hearing to the learned advocate for the respondent/State by issuing a notice in writing along with a server copy of this order and to file the receipted copy of such notice on the adjourned day. 2 8.
