The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief: “ It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this Cr.M.P. and be 3 pleased to set-aside/quashed the impugned order dated 31.07.2018 (P/1) passed by learned Additional Session Judge, Mungeli, District Mungeli (C.G.) in Criminal Revision No. 22/2016 confirming the order dated 14.03.2016 passed by learned CJM Mungeli in complaint Case (unregistered) and be pleased to direct the learned CJM Mungeli to register the complaint and proceed further as per provisions of Cr.P.C., in the interest of justice.” 4. Ms. Lakshmi Tondley, learned counsel, submits that the petitioner has already obtained a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from her, and since then, the petitioner has not engaged any counsel to argue the matter. 5. It appears that petitioner has no interest in pursuing the matter due to efÒux of time. 6. Accordingly, the present Cr.M.P. is dismissed on this ground alone. 7.
