Against the said charge sheet petitioner no.2-Chandramohan Joshi has filed a C528 application No.1233 of 2025, Chandramohan Joshi Vs. State, wherein interim order has been passed in favour of petitioner no.2. 5. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition. 6.
