JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER This Court vide order dated 02.03.2023 has passed the following order: “Issue emergent notice to the respondent on I.A.No.2/2023 and on the main petition subject to petitioner depositing ₹45,000/- before this Court. In addition to the notice, learned counsel for petitioner is permitted to take hand summons on the learned counsel appearing for the respondent before the executing Court.” There is a delay of 263 days in filing the review petition. Further, in view of non-compliance of the order dated 02.03.2023 till today, I am of the opinion that the petition is liable to be dismissed as the petitioner has not obeyed the order passed by this Court for nearly two years.
