The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bariatu P.S. Case No. 304 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 304(2), 307 and 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023, pending in the Court of Shri P.K. Verma, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-XXI, Ranchi. On 21.09.2024, Bariatu police came to know that some persons after committing robbery have fled towards Karmatoli Chowk. The police party intercepted a motorcycle and apprehended this petitioner and co-accused Fani Sonar and on search, looted article was recovered from their joint possession. Learned A.P.P. has submitted that Bail Application of co-accused Fani Sonar has already been rejected by this Court. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
