In continuation of the order dated 26/03/2025, the learned counsel Mr. Rodrigues representing respondent no. 3, on instructions, makes a statement that the amount of refund due to the petitioner shall be refunded within a period of 6 weeks from today. He is extremely critical about the circular which permits such amount to be refunded and the Panchayat desire to challenge the said circular.
