Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lohardaga P.S. Case No. 116 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 317(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga. 3. On the basis of confession of co-accused that he had sold the stolen motorcycle to the petitioner, the house of the petitioner was raided and stolen motorcycle was recovered from there. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was the Bonafide purchaser. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga, in connection with Lohardaga P.S.
